We're confident in all our products but understand that things don't always work out. We'd love to work accordingly with you on your return following the conditions below (U.S. orders only). We do offer FREE RETURNS but please note that all refunds are in the form of store credit only.
Monetary refunds are issued ONLY if the original item was purchased with a monetary transaction (not discount code(s)) and item received was damaged due to inadequate quality control on our behalf.

• Refunds are only acceptable if the item(s) have be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Refunds are only acceptable if the item(s) have their original tags still attached.
A return label will be issued to you via email for a free return of the current item(s). Per the label, please locate your nearest USPS or UPS office accordingly and drop off the package.
Once the item is received at our facility, we will do a thorough quality check to see if all items follow our guidelines.
Once approved, we will issue you a personalized store credit code of the amount purchased (excluding shipping fees). After you've received the code, it is valid for one future purchase with no expiratory date.
We are happy to accept returns after 21 days of your order being fulfilled. After 21 days we are no longer responsible for handling any returns. Please email us below accordingly and we'll send you a free return label for your convenience. At this time, we do offer exchanges if item(s) are in stock. Please email us for exchange inquiries.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria and deemed faulty.
